Very satisfied with how my weight loss journey is going. Very easy plan/instructions to follow. Fast shipping I have had no bad experiences with anything so far. The app is easy to use and you set it up to fit your schedule. Very helpful topics are included in the app that you can always refer to. There is also a spot to message if you have questions and need more answers. Overall I am having a great experience and have zero complaints. Thank you

Not knowing what are initial reactions…progress is still low and welcomed
Not knowing what are initial reactions are for the process it’s hard to say either way? Yes I have lost 5 pounds, however, I did expect more. However, I have not lost 5 pounds in a long time. So actually, its been slow, but I have not felt deprived, therefore i am ok with small victories

I have been taking for 3 weeks
I have been taking for 3 weeks. the first week I gained 5 pounds which was discouraging. I feel that i gained some fluid because i have now lost that 5 pounds and am now down from my original 270 and now weigh 266. I am trying to drink plenty of fluids. I don't like water so i am drinking flavored water. I am also trying to eat lots of protein which tends to fill me up faster.

I’ve lost 14lbs so far
I’ve lost 14lbs so far! I’ve finally figured out how to get rid of the heartburn that I sometimes get. And I feel great!
