I have only Great things to say about my experience with HERS. They are a wonderful solution to my enormous weight gain, and now my over 40+ pound weight loss in six months!!. This is my story before I found HERS. I was at an all time high with my weight, I had a bad case of COVID in February '24. I was put on high doses of steroids. Anyone who has been on high doses of steroids will tell you that you develop a extreme hunger for food. My go to was Peanut M&M's, Pita chips and animal crackers. I gained 54 lbs. over six months. I was already obese by my doctors standards & definitely my own standards but when my weigh ballooned to 254lbs. I am 5'5" so I was just plain fat. My self image was horrible, I did not want to leave the house or see friends, when I was embarrassed to dress in front of my husband I knew something had to change - quickly! My cardiologist came to my rescue telling me he wanted to put me on Wegcovy. I was devastated when my insurance turned down the request. I have many chronic health problems but without being diabetic or having had a heart attack, my insurance would not pay. That's when I heard about HERS, I did quite a bit of research, read every review I could. I talked with my pulmonologist- as I am on oxygen because of COVID, my cardiologist, my family doctor, my rheumatologist and my endocrinologist and they all said YES, if you can pay for the medication, they all agreed it was what I needed to do. HERS took a full health history from me, they asked questions that only my specialist have asked over the years. They are very easy to contact when I had a question. They respond quickly to every question. I received my first doses the middle of May '25. I have to admit to being apprehensive before taking my first injection. I had no problems with any of the doses untill I worked my way up according to the instructions that are included on the medication, which are very clear. At the lowest dose my weight started going down!! I was ecstatic!! I no longer felt like stuffing my face even though I was still on a low dose of steroids. I have a sweet tooth, I have not forbidden myself from any food I enjoy. I just don't need more than a taste to be satisfied. What a change!! And my weight kept coming off!! It is now six months later, I found the highest dose of the medication is a little strong for my system. When I contacted HERS for assistance on my nausea, they emailed me back within an hour! Giving me directions on what I needed to do, it worked and the doctors at HER's kept in contact until I was sure that I did not have anymore medical questions. I found that HERS was the least expensive of the companies I checked into. They send out six months of medicine at a time. I am happy to say in the six month I have been on the weight loss medication I am now under 200 pounds!! I believe by May of '26 I will have no problem losing the rest of my weight. I am hoping to lose another 40-50 pounds, and I know I can do it with this great company's help. I am so Happy I decided to pay for the weight loss medicine, it Works!! I would not hesitate to give HERS a 100 star rating! I am thrilled with my weight loss and so is my husband and friends - they knew I was miserable at my huge weight gain. I don’t feel as hungry and have lost 10 pounds. No issues with the med. Haven’t felt this good in years.

WEEK 3 I'm seeing a difference. The shedding has reduced, and new hair is visible. I'm hopeful and looking forward to the next couple of weeks.

Its difficult to only communicate via text. I wouls have actually liked to speak with someone for my questions

I like the skin product, not the hair. Too drying for me. My first shipment contained a broken skin product pump and they replaced it fairly quickly. Customer Service was slammed due to popular marketing push and I was relatively able to get it resolved on the phone, with then email fairly quickly. Not perfect, but at least I could reach someone, where other services it is taking an act of good for them to cancel a subscription. If ever.

Great customer service, very friendly staff and easily accessible at any time.

Very quick turn around and my medication was well safe guarded to ensure efficacy.

So far I dont see any impact of the this product. My hair continues to come out in large amounts when brushed and after I shower.
