It’s been a learning curve for me. I’m following the protocol and dosage instructions, except I forgot about the piece that each vile is only good for 28 days. I’m really feel that if you want to have a personalized product, weekly check-in should be tailored to each individual. Reminders about the vials expiring after 28 days, reminder about the dosage that I’m on this week. I’ve been very frustrated with the fact that I’ve only lost 5 pounds since the beginning of October. That seems ridiculous for a product that should be the next big thing and solution for millions of Americans, struggling with their weight. And I’ve expressed my frustration, about the low level of weight loss, several times. Could very well be because I’ve been using an expired vial. For 6 doses! UGH!

Easy to use No problems it's going very well

I am doing great. I am at a plateau, but it is okay. I have been a little ill and taking various meds, so I expected this to happen. Once I am off these meds I do believe I will be back to losing. But I am enjoying the program.

I can’t talk to a person. You tried charging my cards every week ( of course on Friday when most people get paid). I tried calling, emailing, ANYTHING to talk to a person to stop trying to charge when I went through the automated system to cancel the order. THE NEXT FRIDAY YOU CHARGED MY CARD. Spoke to your idiot software and got a refund and you STILL SENT ME YOUR BULLSHIT PRODUCT. Is $150 for the glass bottle and $10 for the product? I haven’t taken anything out of it and big surprise, never heard back when asking how to return it back to you so it went in the trash. Take me off all of your communications, remove any cards, any information you have about me, delete it. I hope I NEVER HEAR FROM YOU AGAIN.
