I've been waiting for WEEKS for what they advertise as a 2 working day turnaround for this medication. Their phone number DOES NOT WORK. 1 (800) 368-6400 AND I cannot get anyone to contact me.

Try hers, it works!
I like how hers makes it so easy for you to review their products and then have a doctor help you with what you need. My Hair is Thicker and Longer Than Ever!
My baby-fine hair was becoming paper-thin at 53 years old. I've been using HERS for about a year now and my hair is thicker, longer and fuller than it's ever been. I can't even believe it's my hair...even my Dad noticed. I don't think he's ever commented on my hair, lol.

Customer service sucks
I use Hers minoxidil topical treatment. The product has helped my hair somewhat, but I'm giving only 2 stars because their customer service is horrible. Difficult to get in touch and they charge you for the product without notice (I have a few bottles and don't need more). You cannot skip or delay a shipment, which is why I'll be canceling my subscription.

Fees are too much
Fees are too much. Seems like after every month rates are increasing but it was in the fine print and not transparent at the initial sign up
