I would give them zero stars if I could
I would give them zero stars if I could They don’t tell you that you will lose your hair basically look like a chemo patient prior to possibly getting little hairs to start growing again. This is a horrible product. They call it shedding. It’s complete hair loss. I will continue to post negative reviews because this was a horrible negative experience.

So far, so good doing everything right eating right working out drinking my water get a little nausea at times but so far so good and at 15 pounds

It would be nice to be able to speak to someone
It would be nice to be able to speak with a live person about how the medication is working or if you don't feel it's working properly that you can discuss it. I feel frustrated at this point and really disappointed with how my treatment is going. I feel like since they got the money really you don't have any communication except for some ad type communication that you have no way of sending complaints you are having. I definitely feel like things should be different. I would not recommend this to my friends. The cost was very high for the results I am getting.

I haven’t lost any thing yet
I haven’t lost any thing yet. I just now saw that I was suppose to up the dosage on the 5th week. It’s probably me, but a little more clarity on directions would be nice.

Clinical care and responses are fast and helpful, but medication processing is extremely slow. I waited about two weeks for my first medication. That one didn’t work and I needed a second. I then waited another two weeks. The second medication didn’t work so now I need to try a third. That was almost two weeks ago and I haven’t gotten a notification that my prescription has shipped. I’ve been waiting for medication more than I’ve actually been taking it.
