Horrible with responding once they receive payment. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. You constantly have to keep messaging them repeatedly saying the same things over and over again. It also causes nausea, constipation and cramps! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE POOR RESPONSE TIME DON’T RECOMMEND Yet they responded to this comment but still haven’t responded to my messages on the app! Don’t do it!

I feel as a whole, the process to get meds was kinda underwhelming. I wish I could have seen the options for a Glp1, besides semaglutide. It would have been nice to have seen the price for trizeptide as well. This would have given me a chance to see what i could have chosen between. Being able to message the care team through the hers app is helpful.However, they did not update my starting weight in the app like Ive asked on a couple of occasions. Getting my compound semaglutide from my first purchase date of the prescription, to delivery day, was nearly two weeks. I did have a few unpleasant side effects when I started the Glp1 first week, but I wish there would have been more tips on how to choose the kind of foods that you eat to minimize the side effects. Examples of example, if you're side effect was fatigue tips on how to navigate that side effect, and what you could do to improve it. Or how staying hydrated helps our body process the glp1 in your system. The app could use a section on what to eat and how much what to hydrate with to help avoiding Glp1 side effects. Giving a sample menu on food and beverage options could really help people during the beginning of their journey as they're adapting to the medicine and how it impacts their body.

Well it’s only 4 weeks and not lost a pound but that’s not expected yet anyway. I’ll keep going to see what happens.

I need better links to my treatment schedule. I am going to start week 9. And I can't find my next dosage.

I signed up in January and paid for a 6 month prescription. Received my first shipment in January and completed 5 weeks and now I'm being told I will not be receiving my next shipment until April. This is unacceptable and bad business practice to take money and not deliver the product.

I feel like I am on my own. Like I’m just shipped meds and that’s it. I would prefer actually talking to a live person rather than all communication coming from email.

I’m concerned I was prescribed minoxidil and maybe I only needed biotin. I read about dread shed but it’s SO MUCH hair and it’s scary- I’m afraid I’m going to go bald at this rate, but also worried what will happen if I stop.
