I am requesting an immediate refund of the $138 that has already been deducted from my bank account, as well as the cancellation of my profile. I enrolled in the HERS program to receive professional support for managing my health and following a structured diet and fitness plan. However, I was denied access to the program solely because I am on insulin for type 2 diabetes. I find this decision discriminatory and harmful, as it excludes individuals managing chronic health conditions from participating in health programs that are advertised as supportive and inclusive. During my interactions with HERS staff, I also experienced shaming, dismissive behavior, and a lack of professional accommodation. No alternative solutions were offered, and I was made to feel judged for a legitimate medical condition. This treatment was not only unprofessional but also emotionally distressing. I believe HERS’ actions may violate fair business practices and could constitute discrimination against people with medical conditions. I am requesting that the BBB investigate these practices, hold HERS accountable, and ensure that other customers are not subjected to the same mistreatment. So if you are on insulin you will be turned away

The delivery part is good, along with the supportive groups/ideas. Because of my work schedule I've not been able to find the right time to weigh my self. And for the past couple of weeks, seems my weight has not changed. But I also feel I'm loosing inches then weight if that makes sense

This company prescribes off licences epilepsy drugs to help people lose weight if one picks the oral medicine option without any real warning to allow you to cancel. The side effects on this drug are horrific and it does not work. I see most people say this and then they are pushed to the compounded injections. The customer service is horrible. It is a chatbot that does not answer questions when you write and the website is terrible and does not function properly so you can cancel shipments and the program. I tried multiple times to cancel my account and told them about the website issues and they have not resolved this after a month. Avoid this at all costs and go to a proper doctor as this is not safe and when trying to get out of this scheme customer service tries to prevent you from doing so. Avoid this at all costs!!
