I created an account and was sent pricing that was WAY higher than I thought it would be. I canceled immediately. I'm now being told that they are keeping my $39 deposit because I was given pricing and approval by their doctor. The only way to get pricing was to sign up, now they won't give me my money back. Such a scam. Be careful this is an expensive way of getting access to these meds!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I never signed up for a membership, never created an account, and never filled out any questionnaires. Yet I was still charged. When I called customer service, I was told that simply answering questions related to a GLP-1 made me ineligible for a refund — even though I never completed any signup process. Being charged for a service I never agreed to use is unacceptable. The customer service experience was equally frustrating and unhelpful. I strongly recommend avoiding this company altogether. Be careful — they will take your money without providing proper support or accountability.

I have not lost any weight since I have started Wegovy & for the price I paid am very displeased. I do not wish to have any more of the product shipped to me & I want all subscriptions cancelled

Please cancel my prescription and my membership immediately. My physician has found a more effective and cost efficient alternative for me.

Like - how easy it was, the product itself. Dislike - The delivery service/etc. Why is it a pill gets 'sent' 1-2 days before it is up and then I am without the medication for multiple days (mainly as we deal with postage delays on top of it). It seems like there is some logistical issues all around.

SCAM!! I was a previous customer and cancelled my membership in 2024 because the medication was not working. I decided to try again in 2026 with a different medication and the new introductory offer for $39. I paid but was not told until after the transaction that the fee was for membership only and did not include the price of medication. I immediately cancelled on the app and was confirmed and told I would not be charged again. I called a day later to get refunded and was told if I tried to cancel within an hour I could be refunded. I told the person I did cancel but she said I had only cancelled my PREVIOUS subscription from 2024 and my membership was still active. I don’t know how I could cancel a subscription that was already cancelled but they make it impossible to cancel your membership properly in the app so they can charge you for a worthless membership that provides nothing. The woman hung up on me and refused to answer any of my questions. Absolute terrible customer service and FALSE ADVERTISING. Buyer beware they make it so difficult to cancel and properly so they can charge you later. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

I don't feel like it's helping me much. It does curb my appetite, so I'm not over eating. I eat low carb and no sugar appr. 95% of the time. I did lose a 1/2 pound in 2 weeks on the higher dosage.
