I've had a great experience with Hers. The process has been convenient and easy from start to finish, with responsive communication and thorough support whenever I've had questions. The medical team has been professional and attentive, and I've been very satisfied with the quality of the GLP-1 medication and overall service. It's made accessing treatment straightforward and stress-free.

Everyone has been great and the process is straight forward. However, I am trying hard and not losing any weight. I know I have to put in the work and I’m going to continue doing so. I am working on other medical issues that might be at play. Regardless, I could ask for a change in medicine or an increase and I haven’t. I appreciate the option is there as well as tools to help.

Satisfied with meds

I had been using hers for about a year for a medication and decided to add the weight loss program for tirzepatide. I received very hot bottles that sat on the back of a UPS truck. I did not feel comfortable using them and reached out to the provider on chat but did not receive a response. I contacted the pharmacy that sent them from Eli Lilly, Gift Health, and was told to use them. I was not offered a replacement or refund. I cancelled my weight loss program immediately as I was now out $300 for the medication charged by Gift Health, and the 'visit' prescribing fee from Hers ($150 monthly first month was $39). I also cancelled the program I had participated in for the past year due to the very poor service on the weight loss program. I have yet to hear from anyone from Hers so it is clear I was just a number.

The process to getting started was so smooth and easy. It's only been 4 weeks but I do see new growth in my hair and I am excited to continue with the Hers protocol. I also had to call customer service and what a pleasant experience that was. The gentleman I spoke with was so helpful and kind. I love your company. Thank you!!!

33 days of one pill a day and don’t see much of a difference what else can I do?

I have been taking the product for 30 days and I have not lost any weight. In fact I have gained 5 lbs. This is a wast of money. Do not buy this product.

I am feeling nausea and headaches, it is not terrible but constant, food doesn’t taste good and that is totally fine
