I started this medication using the pills bupropion, Naxtlexone, and Metformin, but I started to have really bad side effects like a sharp pain in my stomach, so I stopped taking the medication. I was due for a new shipment and they would not cancel the shipment. They charged my credit card over three hundred dollars and they won’t refund my money, they just tell me I should dispose the medication. And now I’m stuck with medication that I can’t take. Do not take this medicine. It gives you really bad side effects.

They make you waste your time creating an entire account and signing up, before making you waste 15 more minutes of your time to tell you that you are not an “ideal candidate” for their mental health treatment—and then encourage you to try and seek help by visiting a psychiatrist in person, when I quite literally joined the website to get help ONLINE. It defeats the ENTIRE purpose of hers.com. Mind you, my symptoms were moderate. Not severe. MODERATE. So I’m not really getting why I was denied, and this feels like it was a ploy to just steal my information, and/or force me to have an account with them. Here’s a better idea: have people take the assessment first, and if they are approved, THEN they can be prompted to make an account. The way it is now is just a MASSIVE waste of time, and giving false hope to potentially paying customers, who are then denied with absolutely zero explanations. Of course they won’t do it that way, though, so they can have alllll of your data. Then, they make it an absolute HEADACHE to delete accounts. So, you’ve taken all this time to take the assessment to get help(which is probably the sole reason you signed up), get denied, and then it’s like pulling teeth to get them to delete your information. Yeah, no. I want nothing to do with this company anymore. What an absolute waste of time. Do not recommend whatsoever. This has been a common experience that I’ve read about. Shady and scammy practices.

I have s stomach. My stomach is getting smaller. Clothes are fitting better. My choices of food have made ma feel better with less bloating. Overall I feel Im going in the right direction.
