For the first 2 months everything was fine though I didn't really use the website much. I am now going to stop using Hers because the price of the medication went from $199 to $349 for the exact same dose. Its a gimmick they think will hook people.

I haven't started the injections yet. I am going to start Tuesday, that way I don't have to take them with me on vacation next week. Thanks, Susan

Not thrilled with the app and I seem to have hit a plateau.

Ease of application and automatic med increase & renewal. What is concerning is not knowing if/when cost increase may occur as dosage increases.

The program is easy to use. The deliveries of the medications is good. I like the follow up questions presented by the professionals. Thank you!

Had medication changed should’ve been here by last Thursday and I don’t think it’s been shipped. So, the medication that should’ve be taken consistently and built upon is already 1-2 weeks I haven’t taken it which will impact effectiveness of treatment.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience. I scheduled a lab appointment through Hers, followed all the instructions, fasted for the required blood work, drove to the Quest location, and took time away from work. When I arrived, Quest informed me that they did not have my lab order on file and were unable to help me. I immediately contacted Hers through their messaging platform and also sent an email to customer support. I received no response by email, and the only message I received through the platform came about 8 hours later. Even then, the response did not resolve the issue or provide any meaningful assistance. As a customer, I expect basic coordination between Hers and their lab partner, as well as timely support when something goes wrong. Instead, I wasted time, missed work, and completed an unnecessary fast for an appointment that could never happen because the lab order was not available. Overall, this experience has been extremely frustrating and has left me with very little confidence in the service.
