I find the app easy to use. I’m pleased with how easily I get my refills on My Pills. Overall, when I ask a question I get a good answer. Sometimes I have to ask a second time, but I always get a good answer. I bought a protein tracker, and that is really helped me a lot. I’m good at tracking because I was in Weight Watchers for 40 years. I wish you offered a protein tracker. If you did I would use yours, but the one I bought is pretty good. Overall, I’m satisfied.

when I switched to Hers I also switched from injections to pills. I feel like the pills work better... I had diminishing effectiveness near the end of my "injection week" but taking a pill every day levels out the impact for the entire week. I am losing weight slowly but steadily. the second bottle of pills arrived this week... it is the same dosage level as the first. I thought the dosage was supposed to increase? please advise.

Things are going great.. Iam losing slowly, no real side effects that I can’t manage. No cravings and able to say no to many bad foods. Thanks Hers.

I had to stop taking the Wegovy pill starting dose of 1.4mg after 13 days of use due to adverse side effects and losing too much weight rapidly. Under the advisement of my Primary Care Provider I stopped the Wegovy . Even though I was sent this medication in May, I didn’t start taking it until AFTER I saw my PCP for a check up and lab work, which were all normal. I started the Wegovy on June 1,2026 and the last dose I took was Jun 13, and had been mailed and charged for another month’s worth of medication. I did not open the box that was delivered to me. I will mail the box back to you, and I would like a full refund for the unopened box I’m returning. Thank you, Arlene Taterka 651-440-0517
