Doing VERRRRRY POORLY. HERS pressed me regularly to schedule labs. Finally in May, I set the appointment for the ver end of July. I was immediately charged $349. When I cancelled that appointment, I also requested a refund. HERS said I might be eligible for a partial refund and have gone silent. No refund of any amount! THEY ARE SNEAKY THIEVES.

Weight loss is slow and gradual.

I did not receive a response on Thursday, Friday, or over the weekend, and by Monday I was still waiting. As a result, I delayed starting my treatment because I didn't feel comfortable making that decision without medical guidance. I paid $99 for the consultation, and I believe timely follow-up for medication-related questions is an important part of that service. My concern wasn't about getting an immediate response within minutes—it was about receiving appropriate medical guidance before starting a prescription medication. I hope the company improves its response times for clinical questions, as this would make a significant difference to the overall patient experience.

I feel more energized and eating less

First initial dosing worked well after a week or so but by week 3/4 no longer works. Added another month of membership and an higher done. But no change. I take it at 5 am and then go back to sleep tell 6:30. I’m not great w water. But even when I am I have not had more weight lose

Well, I get answers to my questions really quickly. There are many resources available if I want to use them. Sent me in the mail so I don’t have to go anywhere.
