The entire process was incredibly easy! After my previous prescription was denied at the pharmacist and I was told I had to have my doctor re-prescribe it (which meant I had to make an appointment and pay out of pocket just to be approved again), I decided to try Hers. I heard great things. All I had to do was submit my info, they immediately connected me with a doctor who looked over my info, and boom, my prescription was accepted and nearly immediately shipped. I love the affordable options, I love how fast it was, I didn't have to make an appointment or pay out of pocket or go through a run-around attempting to protect myself. I get a three-month supply and no longer have to wait in line or deal with the whole, "Oh, we don't have it ready (despite getting an email stating it was) please wait 30 minutes." It is shipped directly to me, packaged discreetly. I'm impressed by the care and professionalism and would recommend to anyone.

I do not want this medication (Wegovy) anymore. I do have to many side effects from this medication. Thank you Stella

Wow, the customer service with this company is disappointing... My prescription got changed so I got a new package in May and therefor a new renewal date. Switched from June to October. But they still took $400 out of my bank account at the end of June and they started to fill an order! I put in a ticket immidiately and have been asking for help to cancel this random extra order and get my money back for over a week. Their chat bot acknowledged me and said this shouldnt be happening and of all of the times I have emailed and messaged over the last 7 days I have gotten exactly 1 message saying this was simply my renewal and if I want my money back I have to cancel my subscription and if I want to continue using Hers, I have to start the entire process over from the beginning!!! So whoever responded just assumed that I was just someone who forgot the renewal was coming up, and they didn’t actually review my account or ANY of my messages or emails before sending me that. I even tried calling this evening and it told me I had to wait 9 minutes, after 9 minutes it said there were no representatives, and told me to call back later. Then it hung up on me! Between that and the messages that say I will get a reply in 4 hours, or a reply to my ticket in 4 days it’s just really causing a lot of frustration. Because so far none of those wait times have been anywhere close to accurate. 2 days is a far cry from 4 hours, and I still have yet to receive a response to my help ticket I submitted a week ago, and have sent 3 follow ups to. Also, I don’t know about you guys, but I’m not exactly rolling in it. That $400 was intended for bills and when it came up missing, I had to find another way to pay the rest of my rent. I plan my money carefully, and if I want something extra, I save for it like most people. And now I can’t even get any acknowledgement that they shouldn’t have taken my money and they aren’t making any efforts to give it back. At this point I don’t know what else I am supposed to do but keep shouting into the void that is the Hers customer service department. I can’t afford to just let someone keep $400 that doesn’t belong to them. I am very much a paycheck to paycheck girlie.
