Very very unhappy, I paid $39 yesterday for a membership that basically said cancel at anytime. A few hours later they said my prescription was approved ( I gave them my insurance information). Then I got a notice that my prescription was being mailed and I received a breakdown of the charges $149.00 but it also said no money due today leading me to believe my insurance was covering it.As soon as I hit send they tried to withdraw $149 from my account unsuccessfully. I was very unhappy due to their false claims and deceitful advertising so I asked to cancel my membership and refund my $39.All of this took place in less then 24 hours and I was advised I could not get a refund of the $39. I would never use them or recommend them to anyone.

The online customer service experience was genuinely unacceptable. I repeatedly tried to get help through your online staff and was met with dismissive, unhelpful responses that left me feeling completely mistreated. The only competent support I received was after I finally gave up and called—your phone representative was excellent, but it shouldn’t take a phone call to get basic assistance. It’s also extremely frustrating to be bounced between random online doctors, sometimes receiving multiple replies to the same question. A dedicated provider would make the experience far more reliable. Overall, your online customer service feels disorganized, ineffective, and frankly useless. If I encounter another issue like this, I will switch to an in‑person clinic—especially since your staff made it clear they don’t care whether I stay or leave.

The medication is fine and working the monthly service fee that is the same cost of the medication for online help is too pricey. I am canceling due to that charge.

I have been taking the wegovy Pill for 6 weeks and nothing has changed except my bank account.

I’m not sure what was prescribed to me was the right choice - I was originally on semaglutide injections for 9 months with minimal weight loss - hers switched me to wegovy pill, and 2 months in no weight loss. Paying a lot of money for no results.

It is easy to take each morning. I still have dryer ends than I would like but that isn't because of the pill. Waiting on thicker hair.
