I truly appreciate all of the care that I have been receiving and the frequent checkups. It is a great supporting community to be a part of. My concern is that fact that I have spent over $300 and have barely seen any results or consistency. $300 is a lot of money coming out of a college students paycheck and for me to not even be down 5 pounds in almost 6 weeks is sickening. I am trying to be understanding about me not qualifying for an increased dose but when is it not working the way it’s supposed too than frustration is what it normal to feel when I am spending this much money.

Seems weight is not coming off it is pretty much staying the same.

The app is easy to use. When I have questions, they are answered promptly. Doctors are professional. The product prescribed is working for me. The reminder helps me to stay on track.

I have been using hers for one month and was basically satisfied. However, I had a long-planned trip happening in the middle of the first month and realized that my prescription would run out before I returned. I began a 2-week email exchange, mostly with AI about what to do. I also received responses from several of your doctors about how they wanted to help but didn't know how. Most doctors responded without reading the email chain and I had to repeat the explanation several times and never got it resolved. The best that could be done was to (after several tries) call in a subscription to my pharmacy without any real diagnosis or clinical information, so my insurance company denied the approval and I could get a few extra pills to tide me over for $1500!!. Of course, I could not afford that. I think the main problem is that you have too many doctors who don't have time to really acquaint themselves with a client's situation and they only respond after AI completely misunderstand my emails. It seems pretty ridiculous that I couldn't get 7 days worth of pills so as not to interrupt the plan after just beginning. I think that is a big problem for client continuity. There really doesn't seem to be a way to get a doctor to review the questions I had and find a solution. I spent many hours on this. Of course my new month's supply came exactly the 7 days later than I needed to get it for my trip. I am giving this system another try this month to see if it works for me; however, I don't think you have a system in place to help clients who have any type of situation out of the ordinary or whose refill date does not work during impending vacations. I have sent multiple emails specifically telling you issues I've experienced with your app and your website and you only reply with canned emails. You clearly do not have actual support personnel and it's extremely frustrating to try to get help. All the issues I've are technical with your app and website. Otherwise, the treatment is fine.

Responsiveness to inquiries has been good. But the timing of prescriptions is off. Not sure I’m getting value out of my subscription.
