If I could leave zero stars
If I could leave zero stars, I would. Convinced to “join” in order to “speak” with a member of the “care team”, except this isn’t true. You have to order to a prescription to do that. I didn’t want a prescription. When I explained, I was advised to cancel … without a refund. Total scam.

Easy yet challenging
I appreciate the ease of being prescribed the medicine however, it took 2 weeks before I received the product. I’m concerned about the continuity of treatment when it comes time to refill my prescription. If it’s anything like what Ives experienced, there could be a significant delay which is very concerning.

The accessibility is fantastic
The accessibility is fantastic, but I do think their accountability portion of the application, to make sure you drink enough water and protein, is not as developed. It would be great to be able to have Hers as a widget for iPhones so you can quickly see and add how much you've been hydrating throughout the day.

Disappointed
I signed up for a recurring subscription, and somehow my order is scheduled to deliver past my prescription refill date. I am now off my medication cycle because I cannot receive the next dose on time, and I’ve been battling with customer service for two weeks. I still have no idea when my prescription will ship, and I still haven’t fixed the issue with the irregular order processing. Disappointed after paying for an expensive membership and 6-month prescription.
