I am not that satisfied with the product and dose. I told the nurse I had been on glp1 in the past the starting dose was too low. It is very expensive to not see any results. When I said something early on it was said my dose would increase at 30 days. I should have been given the option to increase immediately, at no cost. If the next dose shows no results I will stop.

Do not pay for the membership. Its a non refundable 39 which you do because it gives you no info and even after you do it still gives you no pricing or product info. And even if you cancel within minutes they wont refund you. Imagine how many people theyve gotten to give them 39 dollars. Just another scamming company!!

The supplements are working on hair growth but I am experiencing stomach issues that are very unpleasant. Nausea, bloating and stomach pain affect my day.

I have never been able to eat first thing in the morning, my hot tea seems to be enough. I don't feel the energy that most I have talked to seem to get from Zepbound. I still want to snack on popcorn at night while watching TV. I have started riding my bike (stationary) 4 miles at least 4 times a week, working up to every day like I used to. Any suggestions why that might be happening. I don't seem to be losing weight as fast as I thought I would, I eat a hard boiled egg twice a day during work cause my stomach does not feel all that great but I know I need to eat, however when night comes and I am home I find myself looking for snacks, popcorn and I have to put butter on it. I have cut back 100% on Reeses peanut butter cups, really don't feel like eating candy at all, that is a huge plus. Finding it difficult to find a meal that appeals to me that I would enjoy eating. It's just hard to have dinner with my boyfriend when I don't want to eat when he does but feel hungry later or early than him. I have tried the protein drinks but they are so milky I don't like them all that much, the food suggestions on the app I don't like all ingredients so try to find substitutes but I feel like I am always thinking about how to prep this or what goes good with that instead. I have been on Zepbound for 5 weeks, gone up and down in weight. Not consistent enough for me. I am going to give it another month then I will probably make the decision to stop. It's expensive and not getting the results I was hoping for does not seem worth it to me. Maybe switch to something different?

Never hungry, stopped eating at night. Find it hard to eat enough protein. Eating 1200or so calories, but not lido g weight like I'd hoped.
