Website is horrible. Recommended a weight loss plan that wasn’t even for my weight. I’m not sure how it determined my weight but it didn’t even ask me. I’ve been on hold for over half an hour trying to correct this. They already charged me a subscription fee. Recommended me a placebo type dosing pill. Joke.

I've been waiting over a month for my first biotin gummy order. I wouldn't have paid to be out that amount of money just to wait around if they were up front to say there was a back order.

Easy So far so good. Never prompted for health insurance info though- womdering if mine would cover? Lots of available info and encouragement on the site is nice to have

Worst experience ever. I took the subscription and got supplies for 6 months. They shipped the next one without initimating me before hand. I got an email about shipment 24 hours after they shipped it. I have 2 issues, first thing I moved to a new place and second as per doctor's advise I am supposed to discontinue the medication. I immediately called the customer service and explained the issue. They told me not to worry and they are going to return their package and refund the amount and I do not have to do anything from my end. I was happy about it. after few days I was checking for refund and I did not receive anything. So, i called them back and now they say that the medication is delivered. I told them again about my 2 issues and this time they told me they will check with leadership and will get back to me. They emailed me saying that they will not issue refund. They expect people to remember to inform them before hand or change address in app right away. It would be basic for them to inform a day before shipment to confirm the address or wishing to continue. The catch here is I just changed the address and i did not have 1 day to think about 100 other things to take care, let alone changing address in the app or asking them to cancel my subscription. What if the person just made a decision to discontinue? Are they just stuck with the medication, even if they can't have it? Ironically, these people expect you to remember the next shipment date after 6 months with all the things happening in your life.

Medication is working well, the price is waaaay too high! The price for a “subscription” is ridiculous! The “support” you provide is not worth it for sure. It’s all AI anyway. I would not recommend.

I really liked how convenient it was to get a prescription for minoxidil, but my credit card was charged almost immediately before my prescription was filled, and both times my prescription has been delayed. When you goto a pharmacy, your prescription is filled, then shipped, and then you are charged for your order. I DO NOT like that about HERS.

My experience has been great! No issues. Even when I decided to stay on the same dose after already completing the check-in where I had told them I would move up in dosage. All I had to do was message the medical team and they easily changed it for me and responded quickly.

Great experience so far. Fast response time to my questions and checks in on my progress regularly.
