After placing a large order for all new kitchen hardware we were thrilled when they came in the mail and were exactly what we had been searching for. However upon installing we realized that one of the champagne bronze pulls was missing a little of the finish. I reached out to Forge by email to inquire about how to get a replacement and not only did they respond very quickly they had a new one in the mail to me same day. I don’t expect companies to always be perfect so having good customer service is the #1 thing that will get me to recommend to my friends and family! Thank you for being one of the good ones Forge!

The products were great we loved them everything we ordered was rite and delivered on time for our finishes in our kitchen. Thank you we will definitely use you again in the future.

Read all the bad reviews on returning items and believe them. I didn’t. I got screwed. Rude customer service and a business that borders on crooked. Shop else where... D Lawless Hardware or Home Depot Online have Same products at lower prices and much better customer service.

I ordered handles and pulls for two bathroom renovations, in black and in gold. The quality is exceptional and I have received a ton of compliments on the style. I wasn’t able to find anything comparable locally. The handles arrived quickly and were packaged very well. I had a slight issue after install and Cami resolved the issue for me immediately. I will certainly be shopping at Forge Hardware Studio for a further renovation in the future.

Had a sample sent and it was completely damaged, it looked like it was dropped off a truck on the highway. I told them and returned it and they said I damaged it and wouldn’t refund it. Stay away from this joke of a company

We have received great service and a great product! I placed my order Sunday evening. I was quite surprised to receive a shipping confirmation Monday morning. We received our handles on Wednesday! I’m writing this review on Thursday (a day before the estimated delivery date!). These handles are gorgeous. I’m impressed with the quick turn around of receiving our order, as well, as the product! Thank you!

Love the hardware we received! When I needed help with a situation, the customer service was great as well as the response time! Will def recommend buying from here!
