Forge Hardware’s products speak for themselves. The quality and craftsmanship of the knurled gold pulls I purchased are extraordinary! But what makes this purchase even more remarkable is the customer service provided by Alex. I have a large project on the go and when I placed my order, the quantity I ordered was incorrect not to mention I needed the product ASAP! Alex responded within minutes to my message with a resolution and I literally received my package with 3-5 business days. I cannot wait to showcase this hardware in next months local home magazine. Ordered brushed nickel cabinet pulls and knobs for a new kitchen. Hardware is individually packed and has a nice solid feel to them. Easy to install.

First red flag - you can only access this company by email. No phone calls. Second red flag - return policy is 14 days. I don’t know of any construction project where you could meet a 14 day return? You better get it right and hope for no issues the first time or you are up a creek with Forge Hardware Studio. Keep shopping! Better prices and customer service is everywhere!

I ordered the Charlie knobs and handles in champagne bronze for my newly renovated kitchen. They look absolutely amazing. The color and finish is a perfect warm gold - exactly what I had imagined - not too shiny and not too bright, and not a pale yellow either. Shipment was incredibly fast and the staff was highly responsive to questions I had pre-ordering. Highly recommend!
