Great smelling cologne...
Great smelling cologne... Delivered fast and packaging was perfect... I really like watching the girl going around and asking random people about how certain colognes smell... That definitely helps me to decide what colognes to buy... Don't ever change that... It would be nice if you could send out some samples like they do at the malls of the more expensive colognes.. Then I really appreciate the card that you send with the last order with 20% off... It would be great to have some kind of rewards promotion...

Hi Paul, Thank you for such a thoughtful review! We’re happy to hear you’re enjoying your cologne and that your order arrived quickly and perfectly packaged. It’s especially wonderful to know that our fragrance videos help you discover new scents and decide which ones to purchase. We also appreciate your suggestion about fragrance samples, and we have some good news about rewards! ForeverLux already offers a rewards program called ForeverLux Points. You can find it by clicking “REWARDS” at the top of our website, where you can sign up and explore the available perks. Thank you again for your support, your suggestions, and for being part of the ForeverLux community!

The worst experience with customer…
The worst experience with customer service I had! I never received the product due to an alleged error at the address, which was not true, and when I asked for a refund, they told me that they had already done it, but they never sent me a receipt or something that proves that they had made the refund, which I did not receive by the way. It is a total fraud!!!
