I’ve shopped here multiple times before and received legit fragrances for good prices. My most recent order had a bottle broken (by the shipper) which was refunded and a fragrance missing (which was not refunded). Customer service would not work with me regarding the missing fragrance and rarely responded to my repeated messages. Their response of “well we packed the order correctly” leaves much to be desired when that is in fact not the case. They never gave me the chance to prove it either, which is disappointing. I’ve enjoyed shopping with ForeverLux in the past, but this is quite bitter, even for my longsuffering palate. 2 stars.

Hi Luke, We're very sorry that your recent experience with ForeverLux fell short of the positive experiences you've had with us in the past. We understand how frustrating it must have been to receive a damaged item and have unresolved concerns about a missing fragrance. We also regret that our communication left you feeling unheard. We truly appreciate your loyalty over the years and are sorry this experience has affected your confidence in us. Thank you for sharing your feedback, as it helps us identify areas where we can improve.

You canceled my Knowing Perfume order claiming it was out of stock but you had enough to list them on EBay. What a shame after I had purchased more than $30,000.00 worth of Perfume from you.
Response from ForeverLuxOct 17, 2026
Hi Chuka, We're very sorry for the disappointment surrounding your canceled order. We understand how frustrating it must have been to see the fragrance listed elsewhere after being informed that it was out of stock. We especially want to acknowledge your longstanding support of ForeverLux. Your loyalty and trust mean a great deal to us, and we sincerely regret that this experience has left you feeling let down. Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention.

The product was never received due to it being damaged in shipping. A replacement was not sent due to the product being out of stock.

Hi Cassandra, We’re very sorry your order was damaged during shipping and that we were unable to send a replacement. We understand how disappointing it is to look forward to receiving a fragrance only to have your order end this way. We sincerely regret the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
