Extremely bad experience. Made me wait for 10 days after I purchased my colonge. Later they sent me an email message stating that the product got damaged during the shipping. Since the colonge was discontinued, I suspect that they sold it to someone at higher price. Try fragrancenet.com these folks are honest! I will never buy from foreverlux.com...dishonest people

Company claimed to refund my payment but never did. Customer service “Claudia” was unhelpful. Avoid.

The worst company ever!!! My order was lost in the mail and the company refused to help me with any solution!!! Worst customer service, If you're looking for nice cheap perfumes please save your money and look somewhere else.

Sacrificing shipping at a lower cost for a product is a mistake.That shipping is horrible, and unreliable DHL. The package has a high likely hood to get lost. Then when you have to deal with the customer service they will keep saying its coming and not their issue even when its a month late. Every time I tried to be nice saying I would order again if they just refunded me, or sent me another and they told me to kick rocks politely. Stop shipping through UPS and be more engaging in your customer service.

Customer service at this outfit is horrible if you have a problem. I have ordered and received quite a few orders just fine, albeit slowly, because of their bargain-basement shipping arrangement with DHL Ecommerce/USPS. But their prices are the lowest, so you expect they have to find a way to offer those and still make money. However, they should (and do) know things will go wrong. You, as the customer, are out of luck. I saw on the tracking that my latest delivery arrived at DHL. DHL tracking said the package was tendered to USPS. USPS tracking says they never received. I contacted ForeverSux a few days later, letting them know my package must be lost. Long story short, the rep lied at first about what the tracking meant (hello, I can read). Then said she would contact DHL and let me know "when she heard something." No time frame given. I said I wanted my product, but a refund would be OK. After numerous email exchanges where the rep stalled and would never directly answer questions, she said she "could not" refund until "21 businesses days" (business happens every day on the internet, doesn't it?) after ship date. Oh, and that was only AFTER DHL somehow confirmed they lost the package. What a crock! They know the package is lost and their customer is not happy, but they do not care. Their business model must be to spend all their money on internet advertising, offer the lowest prices and hope not to anger enough people to run off all the customers. It might work for a while.. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. It's worth a couple extra bucks.

ForeverLux is legit, and they sell real colognes. I now have 13 bottles from them, all authentic and as described. I like their deals on 3.4 oz testers, which are unused and unopened, and *sometimes* without a cap or the original box (but they always tell you). I will be buying more cologne from them. I enjoy everything I have purchased, shipping has been prompt, and questions always answered. BEWARE of fake reviews and reviews posted by stupid people. FL gives you e exactly what is described and they are honest and legit.

i took a chance with them an got versace eros an i already had a bottle but it was almost empty so i got it on ebay buy this company an its legit just has very long shipping

Poor customer service. They failed the address the issue that was caused by their mistake.
