I oredered from them and never got the item. They sent me a tracking number that says delivered but I never got the item. When I contacted them they basically said that it was not their problem. So they charged me, I never got the item and they didn’t even make an effort to help me with my problem. Will never buy from them…. I advise people to not buy from them because eventually they will scam you.

I placed an order with ForeverLux on 03-06-22. The tracking number shows “en route to DHL e-commerce” since the March 7th and hasn't updated since. I have sent a couple emails to them asking them for an update and all they say its “en route” and they give me the tracking number I’m already following. I have asked for a refund but they have refuse to give it. It’s been 14 days since I've placed my order. At this point, I believe this package was lost or never shipped out from their warehouse to DHL. I would not recommend ForeverLux to anyone. Try fragrancex.com or fragrancenet.com

Terrible customer service with rude customer service representative, Claudia. Got a bottle of perfume that was the wrong color and didn’t smell like it should. Sent photos per their request. Back and forth with emails that got ruder and ruder on their end. Even though I have spent a lot of money with them over the years, this encounter with them has soured me on them completely. I’ll never shop with them again. Ever.

Purchased a listing on eBay by ForeverLux. I was impressed. Legit and authentic product. Good packaging, arrived safely. They even sent a coupon for a substantial discount on future purchases. I will return to purchase again.

Its shipping system is so cheap and unprofessional! You can imagine that its shipping is such slow that probably a biker can take an item from coast to coast faster than what carrier or method they use. Also, offered coupons in their website are useless because their prices are going to be the same as their ebay store (but you get ebay support in case of probelm at least!)

Then cologne that I purchased came within 4 days and was exactly as promised. The box was dented and I was told that upfront. The bottle was totally full and came in a bubble wrapped envelope. My experience was great and with the 25 % off card I got with it .. I will be ordering again in just a few minutes! Leslie Croft

I made a purchase on foreverlux.com only to be told my order was flagged for fraud when I enquired about when my order was going to ship and till now I haven't received my refund.

Cualquiera que vaya a comprar un perfume, que no lo haga en foreverlux, compre un dolce gabanna pour homme y solo dura 20 minutos el aroma, esta compañia es una estafa.
