This is the worst fragrance company I have ever ordered from, my cousin came to visit and he ordered a cologne on this site (my treat) I also ordered one and since it was my first time ordering I decided to pay with my afterpay account, I decided to check the next day to see if it had shipped to my surprise it had been canceled, I contacted them the only way possible which was by email and I got a response that it was flagged fraud, I asked why and was told to contact my bank. Ok I figured that maybe the issue was that the order name didn't match the payment name (which shouldn't matter since afterpay had paid them) so I went ahead and registered with my name and proceeded to reorder my fragrance but this time used my PayPal account and again my order was canceled, I proceeded to contact afterpay, PayPal and my bank and got the same response from all of them "there is no issue at our end and there isn't any flags on your account of fraud. I then emailed Foreverlux multiple times asking why my orders were flagged as fraud since every other company associated with my order is assuring me that it's not at their end but they have yet to respond. What a huge disappointment, I had high hopes for this company. I guess I'll just have to continue ordering from fragrancenet since I've never had any issues with them. Serves me right for trying a different company. SMH! 😡

Horrible, bought something, they screwed up the package slip. It didn’t get sent to me, was returned. The item then was out of stock on the website and said they could send out the same product they already shipped to me??? How does that make sense??? Horrible and useless customer service. please I beg you, don’t shop here. They go through DHL for no reason causing shipping to be twice as long. Wouldn’t trust them again. Go to aura, fragrancenet or just anywhere that actually cares.

I made a purchase on ForeverLux website with a 2 to 3 day delivery promise. The following day received a DHL tracking number. 7 days past and no delivery. I email ForeverLux and they blame DHL. I Call DHL and discover that ForeverLux waited 6 days before getting my package to a DHL distribution center. I'm informed by DHL my package will not arrive for another week and half. I contacted ForeverLux once again and they lied to me again and will not compensate for their absolute horrible customer service.

I got my cologne as promised and as advertised, quickly delivered by DHL.

Buyer beware!!! They sent me a bottle of cool water that doesn’t spray n after a week of back n forth they refuse to refund or send a working bottle. And the scent fades extremely quickly.

SCAM, they canceled my order and they did sent the money back to my bank.

I found a few fragrances with a great price. I ordered a few and my payment went through with no issues. Today I get an email that said there was a glitch in their system and they cancelled my whole order. The items are in stock but now with an inflated price. I have consistently been purchasing from them for a while now. I contacted support through chat and they keep saying they emailed me already and then disconnected the chat. They should honor the price they advertise especially after taking payment.

I ordered my Men's fragrance through Amazon and ForeverLux fulfilled my order. I was pleased that it arrived week sooner than expected by DHL. The product was well packed and no damage to the packaging.
