Their pricing is hard to beat for amounts that a person would buy, i.e. $500-$1000 or so equiv, for a vacation. Quick handling and follow up emails to ensure all received. I dealt with foreign currency most of my life before retirement and I appreciate their handling of my small vacation transactions. They give you a good selection of denominations as well not just big bills. I would recommend using them to anyone whether for small amounts like mine as well as larger needs. They also repurchase paper money if not used.
