International Currency was easy to work with, and communication was excellent when delivery was delayed because of issues with courier's delivery person. To get set up as a first-time customer, however, I did have to provide sensitive documentation, but managed to do it securely through a secure e-mail-to-fax service. I would definitely use their services in the future since my credit union doesn't provide those services but did have an agreement with them which gave me a discount on their services.
