International Currency did a terrific job of preparing and shipping my euros. However, the US Postal Service did not do a good job. I was at home and went to the mailbox to discover a note that had been left 10 minutes before indicating they could not deliver because no one was available to accept the package. I was home. No one knocked on the door or attempted to deliver the package. I had to go to the Post Office to pick up the package.

I have used International Currency Express several times and I keep returning which says a lot about the service. This time was less smooth and a touch slow which accounts for the 4 stars rather than 5.

Everything went smoothly except the delivery. I would advise not using USPS when a signature is required , at least not for me as my P.O. is quite inept.

Rate of exchange was ok. Relatively seamless... I wouldn’t say customer service was over the top good, but does it need to be? Lol The service did the job without much hassle.

Please, stop shipping via USPS. Please use FED EX or UPS. I had a early morning flight and had to wait for the post office to open just to get my package.
