Very easy to use. I was expecting to sign for the package. Instead, the package was left in my mailbox. Next time I will choose a different shipping option so that the package needs a signature. Otherwise, this was a great experience. To

Ordered New Zealand and Australian Dollars for upcoming trip. Received all in good order. Thank you.

International Currency Express processed my online order for GBP. The actual ordering of the currency online was pretty easy. After submitting my order and payment details, I was then contacted via email asking that I send my SS# and driver's license number, per the "US Patriot Act" requirements. They already had my bank details so the purchase could be tracked by the government that way. Due to my work schedule, in the time it took to me to email back my personal information and the time to process my purchase, the exchange rate had gone down, but the company didn't adjust the rate to reflect the drop. All in all the online purchase was convenient, but I would recommend a disclosure on the main web page regarding the Patriot Act and an explaintion of what is required.

Hello Ms. McDonald, We are sorry the transaction didn't go as smoothly with you as it has with other clients. You're right, your busy schedule may have added a few more hours to the process. We try to accommodate our clients as much as possible, especially with sensitive information that is required by the USA PATRIOT ACT. Our main goal is to get the currency in your hands at the best rate of exchange possible. The government isn't looking to track your transactions, it is to making sure we remain a legitimate business and prevent money laundering. In regards to the change in the rate of exchange during the acquisition of your compliance information, what you suggested makes perfect sense; however, it cannot be done. The reason for it is the flipside to it. Would it be fair for us to ask for more money should the rate have gone in the opposite direction? We believe it would not. The rate of exchange is locked once you submit your request for foreign currency which protects both parties in the transaction. We will look further into the placement of our legal requirements. We felt that the current locations were plenty. They can be found at the footer of the home page and in the Terms & Conditions which are located at the end of the ordering process. It didn't really make our "Frequently Asked Questions", but perhaps it would make sense to add it there as well. We are grateful for your feedback and the wonderful rating you have given us. We'll work harder to earn that fifth star on your next order. Have a wonderful trip and don't forget, we buy back foreign currency at a special rate of exchange.

I was a little hesitant at first with this process, but I was completely satisfied. There was good communication with letting me know that my order was accepted, processed and delivered. I received exactly what I asked for and received it fairly quickly. I will definitely use International Currency Express again. The only thing I would mention is that I had hoped for a little better exchange rate.

We're happy to hear we did well and will continue to strive to earn that final 5'th star. Perhaps our Buy-Back Guarantee will help a bit. It is our way of saving you money on your left over foreign money.

There were two points of confusion on your sales associate, Cynthia Zendejas part that caused me concern and more money. I asked for 300 Euros, but she thought I wanted to pay $300. I had to make a second call and correct the order amount. I asked if the money could be taken from my savings account and was told yes, but two days later I got a call from Cynthia saying the order could not go through from my savings account. Thus I had to order again and pay a shipping fee of $20 which I should be reimbursed since it was a mistake by your sales associate who said she could wave the shipping charge, but didn't.

Hello Ms. Cooper, I am terribly sorry for this incredible mishandling of your order. Before anything, yes, you will be reimbursed the additional shipping cost you incurred. As for Cynthia, I have addressed it with her so that she may avoid this with other clients or you in the future. The account situation varies from one account to another. It is entirely dependant on the client's financial institution. In the future, it would be best if we simply used a checking account over your savings. As a token of our appreciation for the 4 stars, I will be happy to cover the cost of shipping on your next order as well. Once again, I am sorry for this oversight, but it was addressed and I'm confident it won't happen again. Have a wonderful trip.

I have used this company four times now. Very easy web site, fast and dependable service. If you call people are friendly and good at what they do. It costs somewhat more for the currency this way but you arrive prepared. I am sure I will use them again.
