Coach Jace has been a very important Coach? Mentor for my business. He has helped me move from working in my business to working on my business. He has also facilitated a number of meetings for me to get in the feeling of putting on CEO Suit and strategically directing my VA to be more successful at her responsibilities. I highly recommend Coach Jace's directions toward success.

By sharing his journey to success, Coach Jace help me to understand the necessary precise steps for gaining confidence and effective results on this business. He inspired me enough that now I can see the light at the end of this learning curve. He really strengths the basics on top of what everything must be built. Thanks Coach!

What made my experience great was I got to create my company from scratch, even my own title. Piggybacked onto the information I learned from the Foreclosure Academy and the Foreclosure Academy Fast Track Executive Program I was able to start making a difference in helping people rebuild their lives after foreclosure. Just by assisting them to submit a foreclosure surplus or a tax deed surplus claim.

Here's something most people won't like... This is a REAL business and requires time, energy, and attention. It's sad to see how people have been hypnotized by the shiny online biz opp gimmicks and when faced with something that requires work - they find it "a scam". (I'm saying this just after reading 1-star reviews). The business model is simple, it's not easy! People are losing their homes every day, they don't understand that they have the money that belongs to them after their properties are sold, we help them get that money back. Yes, you need to find the people, and how much money is there waiting for them and you have to contact authorities and send the paperwork (and everything (everything!) is premade and ready for you inside the program) but it bloody works! :) The commissions are real! And again to help everyone as much as I possibly can make an educated decision... If you expect this to be easy and have some AI or something do the work for you - do NOT join. However, if you want a business, a real business that doesn't depend on the weather, economy, politics etc, and that's here to stay (and YES you need to work for it) - I'd say definitely consider joining. Everything you could possibly need to make it work is inside the program. Vuk P.

Have called to speak with customer service a couple times and they have been super friendly and were able to help me that same day. Great customer service and course, I'm not even half way through and have learned so much! Also, have really been enjoying the free mastermind sessions, super motivating to hear all the success stories. I would recommend these guys if you are interested in this industry.

The course provided a clear roadmap for students, guiding through every step. The CRM technology used by Foreclosure Academy was excellent, helping me reach more clients in a more effective way than what I was trying to do on my own. The coaching staff was incredibly supportive and responsive, addressing all my questions with care. They were there with me every step of the way offering me guidance and support. The technical team was prompt and knowledgeable. The technicians possess an in-depth understanding of the technology and made sure I was fully prepared to use everything. They were consistently prompt in their responses, swiftly addressing any questions that I had. Moreover, the CRM provided was a wonderful tool that significantly reduced my workload. It streamlined tasks and cut my time in half! I particularly appreciated the exceptional support I received as a student. The team was patient, promptly addressing any inquiries I had. The weekly coaching calls were exceptional! Their depth of knowledge and guidance in the business domain was invaluable. They really do care about their students, and you can see that they want us all to succeed! I entered the program as a novice, barely grasping the basics, but I emerged feeling empowered and confident to tackle the challenges independently. Overall, I give them top marks! They were professional, easy to work with, and always attentive to my needs.

I signed up with Foreclosure Academy fast track program in December 2023 and by the end of February I signed enough deals to replace my investment cost. By the end of my first year while diligently applying the principles in the training material along with the advice from coaches, I tripled my initial investment. By the spring of 2025, I have already cleared 6 figures in commissions. Looking forward to continue helping people who have suffered loss regain what is rightfully theirs.

My experience with Foreclosure Academy was a changing point in my life. It allowed me to create a whole new income for myself. This business has allowed me to work for myself and make a nice income doing it. The staff and education were top notch. The education portion was thorough and everything that you need to know about the basics and foundation of the business is in the main training courses. Every time I had a question or needed help or clarification on a subject the coaches were there to answer in a short time. The coaches were there to help me with the paperwork on my first deal. Having that support made me feel like I had nothing to worry about when I submitted the paperwork on my first deal. I couldn't be happier with the level of support and knowledge that I was able to take away from the coaches who were all very knowledgeable in the surplus recovery business. The fact that all the coaches had surplus businesses of their own made me feel like I was learning the business from true professionals.
