Ordered part number RTS-1081 thermostat o-ring. Was not even close to being the correct o-ring. Had to stop in the middle of repair to go buy the correct part. Ford's part number and part are completely wrong. To late to return (ordered the part for upcoming maintenance). $8.33 down the drain. Live and learn. Never order a part again until just before you need it.Really Motorcraft?

It took more than 2 months to receive the part I ordered. During that time, I tried to cancel the order 4 times. The final time I tried to cancel, I was told via email I could only cancel if the part was back ordered. Over 2 months to ship an in stock product! Why didn't the customer reps I spoke with by phone tell me I couldn't cancel. I was notified by email about not being able to cancel. I have copies of the emails I received. I don't recommend ordering from Ford parts.

Ordered floor mats for F-250 2016. Received a set of floor mats suppose to be OEM. Driver side floor mat very small and does not appear to be something really for my truck. Went back to the site and tried a chat session but they had nothing to help me and no way to get it, they indicated. Told me they would send an email with information they gave me in the chat, never got any email. The chat session is gone so I spent 45 minutes to an hour getting in to the chat and chatting and I am no better off. Probably just have to lump it with these guys. Go to dealer, don't use the website. Very poor customer service!

Ordered an OEM headlight assembly for my 2018 Ford C-Max Hybrid from "fordpartspros.com" for $1141.22. The part I received had a broken mounting tab and visible scuffs, despite the outer shipping box being intact. When I returned the part, the company charged a large restocking fee because I had discarded the shipping packaging materials and returned the part in my own box. I ultimately received a refund of only $776.03. Their published return policy states a 15% restocking fee, so I was disappointed with the final resolution. Would not recommend this company.

Ordered upgraded scuff plates for my 2025 Mach-E Rally. When they arrived, one was incorrect. I reached out to them (Alex Schott) by email every day for a week with NO response. There’s no posted phone # so you cannot call them. I even used the contact link on their website twice, and was totally ignored. I’ve since ordered the correct part from a reputable supplier and will have to eat the cost of a part I didn’t order.

I ordered a part that they showed in stock with the fastest shipping available. It took almost 3 weeks just to get my part shipped out. I sent them multiple messages and none of them got answered.

Don’t confuse them with MyFordPart.com which is a reliable source with great customer service.

Ford will not stand behind there parts when they go out they will blame it on a scratch or ding so they dont have to pay for it
