I reached out to For Days customer service because I got the wrong shirt and they emailed me back letting me know that they could send me a different shirt because the one I originally ordered was out of stock. Life happened and I never got around to messaging them back to let them know it was all good and that I would just keep the one I got, and today I checked my mail and they sent me the shirt I originally ordered! That was so awesome of them and no other company has ever done something like this. I appreciated it and it made me love this company more than I already did!

For Days is probably the best brand I have begun shopping basics for this year! Returns/exchanges are super prompt and easy, as well as timely interactions with customer service.

I love For Days! The clothes are amazing and ethical. The support is great. I love that if you need an exchange they will send it right away before they receive your return.

Huge advocate and supporter of this business concept. I’ve been satisfied with the quality of the ~8 items I’ve ordered. Customer service however has been a huge hurdle. Responses are not timely and mistakes have been make. With a business model that is unfamiliar to the status quo, I think it’s imperative that you have a direct phone number. It’s been very frustrating at times when communication is limited to texts or emails.

Great products and great principles guiding this company. Love it!
