Customer service was excellent and helpful!

I love these shirts, I was a bit bummed that one shirt I ordered and paid for sold out after I paid for it and I didn’t hear anything about it until I emailed help. I got all the other things in my order except this one but there was no note or email to let me know why it was missing or if there was an option to wait for more to be made or anything. Once I reached out they offered to give send another black one in its place but this happened over a week after I received the other items.

I’ve ordered a few times already and every time my orders have been messed up. The customer service team is slow to replying, if at all. Whoever is shipping out these packages has hardly a clue on what to send or they are so rushed they don’t even think about it carefully. I usually get the wrong items or items are missing. The clothes are really nice but after this 3rd order, I most likely will not purchase again. Plus the return policy should be better. Only 7 days? Really? I really wanted to like them!! Sustainable clothes is where it’s at, but this is a mess.

These are the most comfortable shirts I have ever worn, and I will never buy any other. I have been looking for comfy t-shirts that actually last, and these are it! No gross polyester or plastics, they're thick enough so you can't see through them, and they hold up amazingly through the wash. The sustainability of this company is a bonus! I LOVE THESE SHIRTS.
