It's a bait and switch- do not use
I can't believe I have "$150 to spend" but yet can't use more than $20 at a time. Good luck finding a 20 dollar item, and when you do it'll be 19.99 so you still can't use a full $20 credit to buy it, so you paid to donate your clothes, and got a credit with so many strings attached that were not made known. I was ready to buy myself some nice towels but I'm not paying going to buy each towel individually to get a partial discount on them when I should be able to use the full money I earned to buy them. $20 off a $300 dollar bag is NOT a deal and NOT WHAT I SIGNED UP FOR. What a scam company. Keep my money cause I'm not paying you another cent to use the money I earned.

Hi Sarah, thank you for your taking the time to provide your feedback. We created the Closet Cash rewards system to incentivize people to recycle. Thank you for recycling with us. We hear your feedback. We are working really hard to grow our rewards system —which is why we launched Trashie. We are adding new rewards daily to enable you to exchange your rewards points for gift cards to places you would normally shop. We are also updating closet cash usage limits at fordays.com in the coming weeks - which will enable you to spend more closet cash per purchase.
