I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Order was delayed and not shipped in a timely manner and the fanatics folks seem not to care. I am now a former customer.

Achtung! Die Rücksendekosten fallen komplett zu Lasten den Kunden! Erst wird einem weis gemacht, dass man ein Return Label ausdrucken kann und der Rückversand problemlos ist. Dann merkt man aber schnell, dass man den Rückversand selber tragen muss. Nach GB zahlt man da gleich mal 13-15€ Die Qualität der Ware ist auch miserabel. Die Hoodies stinken dermassen nach China Chemie und die prints sind unfassbar schlecht. Sieht aus als wäre es gefälscht oder eine billige Kopie. Dazu noch die horrenden Preise. Da kaufe ich mir wenn ich in den USA bin wieder mal etwas aber hier in dem Shop sicher nichts mehr!!

Recieved the wrong coat, still waiting for my other package, waiting for them to answer so I can return the item. Also was charged more without my knowledge and was told lies why I was charged extra

I can't believe it is taking over a month to get my Tampa Bucs masks and my Lightning masks will be over two months. If you don't have them in stock you should have let me know. This was my first order with Fanatics. So dissatisfied with your service!!

Bought the annual version of my favorite college T-shirt in the same size as last year. The style had changed and the new one was way too big. Cryptic instructions on the website for returns. $10 charge to use their return label but no address on the package or the website for return shipping otherwise. This is my second poor experience with returns. Never again!

Der Kundenservice ist miserabel. Das sowas in der heutigen Zeit noch möglich ist kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Man bekommt keine Antwort auf die geschriebene Email, sondern nur eine automatische Antwort das sich jemand in den nächsten 24 Stunden meldet, nach 24 Stunden kam die gleiche Email noch einmal. Den einen Stern gebe ich nur wegen der Auswahl, welche von Jahr zu Jahr besser wird.

Purchased a new hoodie, loved it until we washed it - it literally fell apart!. There are literally a dozen huge holes in the fabric, both layers of the fabric. after only the first washing. Never seen anything like it. Washed as usual with the rest of the laundry, nothing else in the load was off, just lots of red material scraps which had disintegrated from the hoodie. I made the mistake of not reading the reviews, as I thought Fanatics was a reputable company. Today, their 1-star rating is 76%, that's not counting the comments I see stating those who would give them NO STARS - LIKE ME. Ugh.

GARBAGE. Jacket fell apart after 2 wearings. Will not accept return without original tags and return charges. Customer service obnoxious. If you want to throw your money away, here is the place. Learmed my lesson. Always check reviews before buying.
