Very helpful and patient
Very helpful and patient, he spent almost half an hour trying to help us, and we got what we needed. I recommend this guy. I wish if all customer service representatives like him. I don’t usually give reviews but he deserves it.

Harvey the best …
So I book with American Airlines and I get the most exceptional receptionist Harvey!! 💯He was very attentive and supportive he customers service skills was a 10/10 I would definitely use him again whenever I am traveling 💯💯💯!!

They are scammers…
They are scammers…they are unethical They are scammers…they are unethical. they asked me to pay them a cancelation for tickets that were not purchased from them, they promised refund vouchers and when my friend advised me to call the airlines directly the airlines said only the issuing office could refund the tickets, the cancelation they asked for it was about 3000.00,

Breeze Account Hacked
My miles were used by someone else who apparently accessed my Breeze Account. Eddie with Fond Travel did a superb job of helping me with part of the loss I incurred. My plans were necessary for me to change due to my partners death. Eddie was concerned and did as much as he could. His follow up on this issue was remarkable. He restored my faith in Breeze Airlines.
