I was riding my bike on the Natoma bike …
I was riding my bike on the Natoma bike trail and broke a cable. I brought it to Folsom Bike on Auburn Folsom and they fixed it immediately. The young man who worked on it also gave me advice on what parts needed to be replaced in the future as my bike has a lot of years on it. Very happy with my experience and will return for the much needed repairs. Kathy Klemencic

They are great. Pricing is a bit on the high side but there service is great. I always go there.

Lack of customer service
Chris was who helped me. He definitely lacks personality, good energy, and making the experience personal. It was disappointing

Great and knowledgeable staff and fantastic selection. Loved the ability to test ride several bikes before making the decision. Did my first century ride this weekend and the bike was incredible! Thanks Folsom Bike!
