Folsom BikeReviews of folsombike.com

We are new to the area and we were looking for someone to get our bicycles up and running. We went to Folsom Bike in the town center El Dorado Hills. Adamen was most helpful. We had no way to get our bikes to their shop. He said he would pick them up in his own car after work and after the work on the bikes were completed he would return them, in his car after work hours. This was going above and beyond. This is great customer service. They completed the work on the bikes in a day and we were able to enjoy our bikes before the rains came. I would recommend Folsom Bike for anyone who wants their bicycle fixed and good customer service.

Appreciate the interest Matt showed in working on my bike. The guys are knowledgeable. It’s goid to be around “gear-heads!”

If I could give 6 stars I would for the top shelf customer service and knowledge of ALL staff. Courteous, professional, passionate and immersed in the cycling community....its a pleasure to patronize Folsom Bike

Folsom Bike staff are the best around.

I have been a Folsom Bike customer for about 6 years. The staff are friendly, the service is great and if you need something that's not in stock, they will get it for you - usually faster than you can get it online. Folsom Bike should always be your first stop.

Super helpful team of employees! Whether it's a quick fix on your bike or a major tune or a purchase of a new bike altogether, they are friendly, exceedingly helpful, and timely. I've never had anything but a great experience there. Wilson and his wife (I apologize for not knowing her name!) have created more than an excellent bike shop. They've created an experience with their attached coffee shop and location immediately across from the American River Bike Trail, one can park your car, go for a nice ride on the bike trail, and end up at the coffee shop to finish off the morning! I recommend this store and shop to everyone!

Very helpful and accommodating!

Professional and friendly service and I am always satisfied with clothing, helmets, lights, shoes, and basic bike hardware.
