Outstanding service
By far the best service for my bike. I needed a bike part replaced for my seat and Scott took the time via email and ordered in my steam for my bike. Scott was very understanding that I had to travel 60 miles. It took me over a month to get time to take my bike. But when I arrived they serviced it while I waited. We had questions on the Garmin they were extremely knowledgeableable I ended up purchasing one and they help me set it up and mounted it on my bike. Thank you for the excellent service. As we waited I observed how Scott and the service guy and everyone was treated the same as if there were family. In my opinion they excel in customer service. Thank you I will be back.
