I've done lots of business with Folsom Bike. From renting to purchasing to service. Without fail they have offered friendly knowledgeable service.

The service was great. We followed the guidance of the salesman, but the bike we got for our daughter is just too big and she can’t ride it yet...so it’s a bit disappointing because we brought her in to be properly sized. Now we have a super nice bike that she has to grow into....

Folsom Bike (El Dorado Hills) has a great selection of bikes and accessories. Their staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and not the pushy salesman types at all. We've purchased 2 bikes here and will be back for service and any accessories. Love this place!

The bike shop and people are great but they missed a few things. I took the bike in because it was auto shifting or chain slipping. The gears/chain were worn after 10 years of hard use. They changed the chain ring, gear set and chain. It's a lot better but still doing some auto shifting, I tightened the rear cable which helped. Also, I had a slow leak in the front tire, which they forgot to change. Maybe this is normal with all new parts but I don't know. I will have to make another trip in and see if it can be adjusted properly. The price was in line with what Folsom Bike would charge.

This is the best bike store in the area. Their staff is knowledgeable and have always been great at customer service. The service folks are the same and have been very helpful even with the basic questions.
