The team at Folsom Bike is awesome. They have conscientiously helped me maintain my bike for many years, and recently facilitated my fantastic new bike purchase-

Outcome of my visit turned out great. Initially I was upsold well beyond the value of my bike. Came in for a flat repair which turned into a work order for chain replacement, crank and steering tube repacking. When I returned the next day to cancel the work order the service person was understanding and helpful. It's my go to bike shop now!

My husband and son are the bike guys in our family, but they sometimes need my help transporting their bikes for service; putting me in conversations about bike maintenance. Most are friendly, but the guys at Folsom Bike in EDH go beyond and are happy take the time to answer my questions so I can clearly relay info to my guys. And, my guys are always happy with their work. Excellent work and excellent customer care.

Great customer service! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes with a fixed stroller tire and and the necessities to do my other tire at home.
