Service Oriented
Friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, professional service. Didn't realize that bike helmets have a life expectancy, after which it should be replaced, whether or not involved in a crash. Happily replaced mine and shared their PSA.

Very knowledge staff and friendly too
Very knowledge staff and friendly too. They helped me once when I just had a questions about bike sizing and another time they had replacement parts (brake levers) in stock at reasonable price. Convenient street parking and if you’re not in a hurry plenty of other nearby shops and restaurants to stroll by and visit.

Folsom Bike is the Best Bike Shop!
I recently purchased a new gravel bike from Folsom Bike. They reserched and provided the best options for me and assisted in my selection of a Trek Domaine SL6 gravel bike. The bike is awesome and a lot of fun. Thanks to Scott Campbell at the El Dorado Hills store for all the help!! Folsom Bike is definitely the best bike shop in Northern California.
