Love these guys, they are always ready to go the extra mile for you and get you on the road. If I have a bike issue right before race day, I know they will get it done for me. Thank you for all you do for us; it is very much appreciated.

I brought my bike in to have the brakes adjusted/fixed. The individual at the counter was difficult, talked down to me, and pushed for me to do a complete bike tune-up (at $85) despite it being a new bike. In addition, it would not be completed until 6 calendar days later. I shared that I wanted to ride the bike the next day and that only needed the brakes fixed and if I needed the full tune-up later...I would bring it back. The individual reluctantly agreed to do for $30.00. When I picked up the bike the next day he attempted to charge me the full $85.00 with a commitment that I would bring the bike back in for the "rest of the work". I reminded him that our agreement was $30.00 for the brake fix and I would bring in for addition work if needed. He disagreed w/ me but reluctantly charged me the agreed upon $30.00. My plan is to upgrade and purchase another bike in the next 12 months. However, I will not consider Folsom Bike in El Dorado Hills.

Staff was super helpful and knowledgeable! Definitely going back for gear and coffee!

Got a great deal on an awesome bike. Always friendly customer service. I only wish that there had been a more thorough setup and fitting when I purchased the bike. You can’t properly set shock sag based on rider weight. That is a starting point, and you have to adjust from there with the rider on the bike.
