They go above and beyond
The Projector Screen arrived quickly after I placed my order. It was damaged from shipping-No fault of Focused Technology. I called them and they replaced it with a new one immediately. Terrific customer service.

Yes thank you for excellent work and training to get us started still have a lot to learn. Pascal introduced us to Garrett from First Presbyterian of Lakeland and has been great with helping out. I guess the only thing left is worship space lights the are back ordered, reach out to Pascal I think he is still on the road. If it could be possible to get a eta for lights we are wanting to do a training session at the end of the month. Our contractor is doing a punch out list so we can get a final CO. AGAIN THANKS FOR ALL YOU HAVE DONE. BLESSING TOU ALL’ THANKS, RICK HCC. (863-287-0776)
