I work for a property management company and sometimes getting invoices paid for "out of network" vendors can be slow to process. Christopher was great and worked with me during that time and shipped my order as soon as the invoice was paid. Quality of the product is as expected and I am pleased with my purchase.

I ordered an item that was backordered at every store I checked. I called to ask when they would get it in and was told "next week", which was the best answer I had gotten from any store. About 15 minutes later, I received an email asking if I had accidentally ordered the wrong item and I had. The sales team went above and beyond to check on my order and not simply give me a quick answer and move on. Thanks for helping me out of my own mistake!
