Purchase of new Fuji X-H1 or so I thought
I recently purchased a Sony A7II for a Christmas present to my father from all his children (he is 85 and at this point there is nothing he needs or wanted) and found the experience to be easy and a pleasure. Usually I use Band H. It was the reason I decided to purchased a Fujifilm X H1 from Focus Camera for my wife as a birthday present, since I was completely satisfied with the other purchase. She was surprised and very excited until she opened the box over the weekend, read the manual and proceeded to install a lens I had purchased with my Fuji X-T2, only to find an SD card installed in the camera and photos and movies from someone else. After discussing my concerns with Joyce from customer service, she made the purchase 100% right to my satisfaction and I will do business with again in the future

So far, so good!
I was hesitant at first, however their company is responsive and professional. They responded promptly with a tracking number the first time I asked. Will update again once the product arrives!

Item was delivered, just hard to get tracking number outside of M-F store hours since I did not make an account at time of purchase.

I might use a different delivery method the next time.
The package took a long time to reach Miami. But that may be the post office's fault. I did reach eventually.

The product was great and customer…
The product was great and customer service answered my questions pretty quickly. My only problem was that when I initially placed my order, I didn't see anything informing me that I would need to sign up for an account in order to get tracking information. When I was emailed my order confirmation, it told me I SHOULD have signed up for an account...but was too late at that point. Unfortunately that coincided with you guys being on a Monday+Tuesday holiday (that I didn't know you had) so I got absolutely no response to my "Can you send me tracking info?" query--and no idea WHY--until Wednesday. That was frustrating. On Wednesday I did get the info, so all the other parts of the equation were great. Sadly, it could have easily been a "5 star" review.
