Focus CameraReviews of focuscamera.com

I see a bunch of bad reviews here for Focus, but my Audio Technica AT2020 package deal was FABULOUS!!!!! The supposed 2 day free shipping was 2 days late from New York to California, but everything was perfectly brand new. I plugged it all in and it all works as beautifully as expected for what I bought. No complaints here!!

Best bundle online for the Sigma 150-600 camera with Sony e mount adaptor. I wish I could have chose my currier because FedEx was late again. But I won't fault them. I love this lens. The packaging was very secure and everything was pristine. I bought the new leaf warranty through them too. I would buy from them again because they shipped my product very quickly and it came as described.

Ordered camera and accessories on O1/28 and received 02/02/2020. Great service from sales rep AKidirov, did everything as promised and went beyond. Will do business again with Focus. Thank you.

Honestly, I am astonished by how many bad reviews this company has bc I have had nothing but excellent, quick, and easy service. I purchased a pair of Samsung Galaxy earbuds (LOVE THEM BTW) and unfortunately received an empty package. I sent an email to their customer service to explain the situation. A replacement pair was delivered about a week later. Well, it turns out, the original item was somehow, dropped in my yard during delivery. My landscaper found them, placed them in my mailbox, with a note. Today, I wrote to them to let them know and asked how to forward payment for the extra pair. I was told, not to worry about any additional cost, and they yet again apologized for the disservice. hmmm seems like all A's to me.

I purchased a Fuji Q4 turbine spray system to replace my old Devilbiss gun and I feel like such a fool for struggling all these years to apply high viscosity paints. Shipping was excellent and the product is top notch. My first project with the gun was spraying rust oleum hammered paint to some machinery. the paint came out fast with the 1.8 tip and did not sputter when I tipped the gun. No thinning was required and atomization was good. I figure about 1 million less trigger pulls over the life of the gun. that should leave me more time for counting money.

I received my item within three days ... it would have been two days had it not been a holiday. The item came very well packaged new in the sealed box and in perfect condition and works perfectly. Each time I called the customer service was courteous professional and helpful and answered all my questions about the product i ordered. Great deal ... great product ... excellent customer service. I would highly recommend ordering from them and im sure i will be again in the future.

I looked at several camera companies to purchase my Sony A7R and had the pleasure of working with Igal Avshalom, who did an awesome job. He was more responsive and helpful than all the others I tried and was very willing to work with me which was huge for me. Since then have purchased a Ronin SC and had the exact same experience. Igal is quick to reply and very knowledgeable about the product. He even took time to help research and give me the right info I needed to pull the trigger. Having a person to go to for help is extremely beneficial to a beginner like me and Igal was awesome! Thank you for the great experience and service multiple times now and looking forward to more!

This is a good company. Unlike B&H, which requires a credit card to be tax-free, this company's return is very convenient, and most products are sent with gifts. Very intimate.
