I never ordered a camera off here

Hello Bradley. I see you left us a one star but I am not understanding the comment. There is an order in our system for a Walker item. Did you not place that order? Is there something I might be able to help you with? If I can help you please feel free to email me [email protected], I will be happy to help if I can. Thank you Joyce P.

Their Prices as well as item descriptions are not accurate. You paid for the item. They will ship it to you and they may cancel the delivery due to their own mistakes not caring of the customer overall satisfaction. They do not instruct the shipping carrier to ask for a signature when items are delivered. Focus camera is a company using fake advertising methods, misleading products prices or descriptions, be aware!

Hello Francisco, I am sorry to read this was your experience with Focus Camera eBay. I have found your order but I see this package was not delivered to you because we do not allow address changes and your address needed to be updated according to FedEx. I do not see where this even arrived at your location. Are you stating you have the package and we sent you the wrong item? I would love to know more about this experience. If you kindly email me [email protected]. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you
Francisco C.
I contacted Focuscamera thru Ebay to confirm the item described was indeed the one I am ready to purchase from them and Raul in TWO times approved the item description and price. I paid for the Fiio M17 and I was charged immediately to my credit card. The product was shipped within three days and after waiting about a week, just one day prior for FedEx to delivery it THEY canceled the delivery. I contacted them again to figure out the reason and Raul started blaming me saying I CANCELED IT. FedEx said the SELLER requested the product back NOT ME . the next day they were saying there was a mistake on the product sent out to me and they will refund the money back paid by me. beware when dealing with this company. They will not honor their product nor descriptions errors on their end. Customer service has been generally useless to deal with. Customers considering products from Focus Camera can easily find a better customer experience from another seller/vendor. Buyers beware. Do NOT believe these reps Joyce P, Raul, Saiyad, Joe they are misleading customer service representative people. Horrific experience. Not saying I missed the Friday Thanksgiving specials waiting this company to stand behind their mistakes. A customer satisfaction must be first. Also Focuscamera claim to be FIIO USA retailer and is NOT TRUE check Fiio official website. Scams. They hire FedEx with a low shipping rates that they will not ask for signature when a cost of thousand or more dollars items are delivered left at your door.

I was missing 2 key components to make this receiver work. The description said it came with speaker wire and plugs but it did not. I tried to get resolution with Amazon and they said contact the seller. So I contact the seller Focus Camera LLC. They said to contact Amazon. So beware when dealing with this company. They will not honor their product. ORDER #112-5191385-1269020 Sony STRDH590 5.2-Channel Home Theater AV Receiver with Speaker Wire Bundle with Banana Plugs and Focus Fastening Cable Ties (3 Items) Sold by: Focus Camera LLC (seller profile) | Product question? Ask Seller Supplied by: Focus Camera LLC (seller profile) **** update Focus reply is a bunch of crap. they never try to work with me or send any other brands or replace ment. All they told me was they wouldn't send me what I was promised. *** new update. When I excanged emails with Focus Camera the lady said she couldn't help and I told her I would have to leave a bad review and she thanked me for being honest. Which my reply was " One of us have to be" so there were communication between me and Focus. All I wanted was the speaker wire and plugs that was part of the order which was left out of the package not the stereo, but NO they wouldn't send me what I paid for. ***UPDATE AGAIN *** Ypou can keep changing your reply I did have contact with you guy. I had to find you online because Amazon Wouldn't do anything and you wouldn't make it right either BOTTOM LINE YOU WOULD NOT STAND BEHIND WHAT YOU SOLD ME.

Hello, I am sorry to read this are you aware that this order was fulfilled by Amazon. Which means they shipped this. I have looked to see if you have contacted us and I do not see any correspondence. Could you have been working with Amazon themselves? What cords are you missing? This item clearly shows that we sent these items to Amazon with this unit: KN-ACCKIT-HT Knox Gear 16AWG Speaker Wire (100'), Gold Plated Speaker Banana Plugs (5 Pairs) 1 FC-HLCT9-10PK Focus Camera Hook-and-Loop Fastening Cable Ties - 9-Inch x 1/2-Inch, 10-pack 1 Are you missing all of that? If you need further help you should send us an email as we do not have any of your information to send you anything. please email [email protected]. Thank you. ******While I understand that you would like what you expected. As stated these items were provided to Amazon for shipment so they should have helped you. If you would like further help please have an email sent to the email address provided to you and I will be happy to send these items to you for the Amazon error. I need additional information. Thank you

HUGE SCAM! BEWARE!!! WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER SEEN. I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW HOW BAD THEY ARE AND ALL THEY DO IS SCAM!

THIS IS A SCAM - THEY USE FEDEX NUMBERS DESTINED FOR OTHER PEOPLE TO MAKE YOU THINK YOU'RE GETTING A DELIVERY! It appears that focuscamera.co.uk have copied focus camera.com I ordered from these on 8th May. I got conflicting emails and text messages of delivery dates and times. I tracked the parcel from China to the UK and my local depot. The drone did not arrive today at the allotted time and I contacted fed ex direct via the customer chat. I gave them my tracking number, name, and address. They confirmed this parcel was for someone else at a different address. I have been advised to contact the police and my bank to do a chargeback on my credit card. I have also reported to Cyber Security Team and contacted the website host provider which is fasthosts. My friend ordered 2 at the same time as me. When you get the receipt they are different trading names - Olympus, Subtech, and Dawns Details. Do not buy from here at all.Youve been warned

You left a feedback for the wrong company. focuscamera.co.uk is not Focus Camera LLC. At that we do not ship internationally at this time. Please do what is needed to protect yourself and leave reviews for the correct company. Thank you!
Maxipok M.
Note for anyone in the UK buying a Drone - the DJI Mini 2 special offer is a scam. The website offering it is Focuscamera.co.uk, these reviews are for the .com website in the USA. The UK website has stolen their branding and copied these reviews. The people behind this scam have done it before, under the name Space City Drones. If you have been caught by this, report it to Action Fraud, and try and get a charge back from your card company.
