We ordered replacement cushions for an old wood couch we love, but the original cushions were disintegrating. Foam Order was very kind in sending us many fabric samples while we decided on the right fabric for our needs. The replacement cushions are wonderful. We now enjoy sitting and lounging on the couch, as well as showing it off to family ;).

Ordered on cushion insert and it fit perfectly, right away ordered another one for same kind of chair and it fit perfectly. This was for a couple of leather wing chairs that are at least 30 years old. They feel like new again.

Great thorough website on how to order , how to measure , what you may need . I was hesitant but in the end the cushions were great , we have pets that destroyed the seat cushions & in thrilled our couch looks new again !

The whole process, from measuring instructions, to ordering to delivery to installing the new cushions was seamless. The inserts make a huge difference to a tired sofa.

Foam in our relatively new patio cushions became compressed quickly. Ordered custom sized replacement foam and it fit perfectly. Was even able to get 1" thicker than stock foam. Ordered 1 Med and 1 Firm to test. Settled on Med for the remaining cushions. Firm is very firm!

Measure twice and then don't hesitate to order. My foam cushion inserts are PERFECT! My only thought is I should have replaced them sooner. I got the " veryfirm" because I have a really hard time getting up from chairs. They are not too firm and really help a lot with getting out of my chair on my 80-year-old legs. And, as a bonus, they came earlier than I anticipated. Great company; great service.

The sales person who sold us our couch really sold us on the bells and whistles of the quality: The stain resistant fabric, the reinforced base, the down cushions... etc, etc. We felt like we got the bell of the ball. After only 4 years, we noticed the feeling of the springs in our butts, the lumpy down cushions. It was really disappointing. We felt like suckers. However, the fabric really was great and the bones of the couch were in great shape (even after 3 kids terrorizing this thing). It dawned on us that the couch was fine, it was just that the foam had worn out and the down cushions were toast. We replaced the inserts with FoamOrder, and we couldn't be happier. We were getting ready to buy a new couch, and that would have been about 4-5x times more expensive than what we paid for replacement inserts. Really pleased with the results!

Purchased a 1-inch queen latex topper. I am not a latex expert, but it is obviously a natural product, somewhat fragile as it should be. My sleep quality has seriously improved since I started using it about a month ago. They manufacture each piece individually, and it takes about 10 days or so. I was impatient and mistrustful, which I am deeply sorry about. The product I got is priced lower than similar ones on Amazon, but my sleep comfort just speaks for itself! There was no smell I could complain about. Overall, I highly recommend this small US business!

Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful review. We're thrilled to hear that your sleep has improved with the latex topper. There's nothing better than a good night’s rest. We also appreciate your honesty about the wait time and are glad you gave us the time to craft your order with care. You're absolutely right that each piece is made individually, and we’re proud to offer natural, high-quality latex at a fair price. Your support means a lot to our small U.S. business, and we're grateful to have earned your trust. Thanks again for the recommendation!
